 In 2014 I met a woman who called herself Frederica Avery and she owned a website called Tattle-Crime.com. She made herself sound as official to the TV show as possible, that show being Hannibal on NBC. Frederica (who I just call TC for short because that's not her real name) was a scam artist, sexual predator, and all around completely insane nut job of a woman. The problem with all of this is that the creator of the show (Bryan Fuller) the production company (DLC) head producer (Martha DeLaurentiis) and NBC all endorsed her website publicly. This gave her some degree of "trustworthy" to anyone who approached her and made it much easier for her to find her victims. She preyed on artists, mostly. Anyone who would do free art commissions for her (especially if they were of her character, Freddie Lounds) was instantly invited into the group. 

I found her in early 2014 while looking for spoilers for Freddie's character, believing that Freddie's character was about to be killed off. It took a lot of ass kissing but eventually I got what I wanted from her. Since there was no reason for me to believe she wasn't official, as Bryan Fuller and DLC endorsed her, I introduced a friend of mine to her who is an artist. This quickly got me on her "staff" (that's what she called it, it was really more like a cult).

At this point she was insistent me and her (and anyone else) mostly only talked to her over skype voice. Her skype name was Freddie.Lounds and her information was the same information as the character from the show on Skype. She was actually based out of Illinois a town called Lake Forest (or in that general area she had a P.O Box registered in that city and definitely got mail from there as I sent her things and she mailed me things, which I for some reason still have). 

TC had a partner when I met her. A girlfriend/lover whatever. Someone who I was only allowed to call Hannibal. Both TC and this Hannibal woman were very insistent they were characters from the show (despite not never behaving like the characters) and if you tried to talk to them about their real identities both of them would freak out and insist they were fictional characters. Hannibal, who's name also could be Gail, Matt, Amanda, or Lois, regularly changed her voice to pretend to be two different people, and accurately. For about 6 months I thought that TC had two roommates when it turned out that it was really just her partner doing two different voices and having two different personalities. The partner was very violent and protective of TC. The partner also would get violent if you tried to tell her that she was two different people (such as if she was in her Hannibal personality at the time and you told her she was also Gail she would flip out and allegedly try to kill the Gail personality). 

TC tried her sleep deprivation thing on me and it nearly worked. She would insist that I had to be at her staff meetings or else my artist friend wasn't allowed to work for her. I had to take all of her calls and basically do anything she wanted. I didn't like this but my artist friend was tricked into believing she was official with the company. As such my friend begged me to be nice to TC so she could have a chance to do art for the show. I ended up being at this woman's beck and call for my friend (which I never would have usually done but she was a good friend and I knew it meant a lot to her). There were many artists involved in this but only two girls which ever made it to TC's inner circle. They were also the only two girls who ever saw her face. Both of them ended up being brainwashed into thinking they were transgender (neither were or at least didn't have a history of that before or after leaving the cult) and they were sexually coerced into a 4-some poly relationship based on all being characters from the show. 

TC would dress these girls up as men and insist this meant she was straight. However, she was really just a lesbian in denial. You couldn't mention to her she was a lesbian or she'd flip out. She also hated men (claimed to have a boyfriend that tried to kill her citing the reason why) and she really hated actual trans people (evidence being that she started vicious and completely unsubstantiated rumors about the two trans people on her staff in season one and no one has any actual clue why she did this other than hating trans people). 

This woman stole thousands of dollars from the two girls who came to live with her for a period time. She had control of at least their PayPal accounts and used them freely and it's doubtful either of these people saw any actual money donated or sent to them. She was constantly begging for donations from her officially endorsed fansite and the only way to tell she wasn't official (until season 3) was a very tiny disclaimer buried on one of the pages of her website. By season 3 she was forced to put up a bigger disclaimer when I exposed her as a fraud (which sadly didn't even seem to hurt the money she was bringing in because people already backed her and bought into her ideology of whatever the fuck she was selling.)

Over this time frame TC committed many crimes. Crimes up to and including: 

• Blackmail
• Sexual coercion
• Sexual coercion of a minor
• Sexual assault
• Fraud 
• Donation scams
• Rigged giveaway contests
• Fake name on a P.O Box 
• Producing fraudulent tickets to get into SDCC at least once 
• Possibly bribing a member of the production company to give her inside information

TC never left her house (or rarely did) she never went to any conventions (she forced her cult to do this on her behalf) she was endorsed by the show creators and producers with them never having met her or ever knowing her real name. One of the girls who was sent out repeatedly on her behalf (and TC was clearly obsessed with) was reported to act like a brainwashed minion (as in: she never talked about anything other than how great TC was and why people should follow her and give her money). 

In 2015 (after about 6 months of me posting evidence to try to expose this woman) TC shut down her website officially and protected her twitter account. Curiously enough she has not deleted her entire Tumblr blog (where she started) but she has deleted some of the more incriminating posts. She has also protected her "personal" blog but her personal RP blog is still up and running. It's theorized that she has kept these two blogs and not protected them because she wants to utilize the messenger system on there to make sure what little remains of her cult doesn't give out information about her. 

From what is known at least one girl has escaped the house and gone back home. Another girl seems to still be friends with her and interacting with her but how much is unclear. She also deleted her Hannibal blog in an attempt to hide things she's done but the more incriminating posts have been archived so there's no way to delete those (and I have them). No one who worked with this woman, met this woman, or knows about this woman from that specific group will expose her. They remain in the business of protecting her despite at least one of them leaving her cult. Her partner and another woman (who was involved with this scam since before the show was even on TV) deny having any contact with her (which is stupid because you can clearly see from their blogs they had extensive contact with her and don't just "barely know" her but they will block you before you can get any further in asking). 

Given this woman's age, the fandoms she claimed to be in before Hannibal, and the trail of other groups I can easily connect her to (Like the Sarah Saga and the FF7 house) someone has got to have known her before she was in the Hannibal fandom. She knew to hide her name, face, and anything else identifying about her. Even in the few pictures that do exist of her you can't see her face and she's clearly wearing a wig. There's only a small description of her face that I have from people who have met her: 

• White
• Fat (probably obese)
• Frizzy/Curly red hair 
• Possibly missing teeth or has a scar on her face
• Tall 

Some of these details can be seen from the pictures but most of the pictures are of her hands or feet or the backside of her head which also clearly has a wig on it. 

She will insist her real name is Frederica Avery however Frederica is the first name of the character from Hannibal she roleplayed as and Avery is a reference to Paul Avery from the movie Zodiac because she's obsessed with Robert Downey Jr and even at points claimed he was her real father. Other fandoms she claimed to have been in (or may have been in)

TC speaks with a very girly and southern California accent. She sounds happy and upbeat all the time. Her partner can change her voice and sound like two different people and even make you believe there are two different people in the room at the same time. That's how good she is. They don't want people to know there are only two of them. TC will tell you that she is being stalked and people are after her but her partner will tell you she "blows that out of proportion" and no one is after her.

TC claims that her father was abusive, so was her step mother, that she is "owed and inheritance") and "on an allowance" but her step mother is trying to take it from her. She claims she can't use her real name or show her face because her father is famous and it will jeopardize the family. She claims that she's family friends with a guy named Valdmir Cuthbert (Probably spelled that wrong) and he seems to acknowledge her (he's an actor) so it MIGHT be true, it's hard to tell. TC also will claim that no one should be a vegetarian because vegetables scream when you cut them, and she will tell you she has Cotard's syndrome but that's only because it was in an episode of Hannibal, it's far more likely she's schizophrenic. TC barely leaves her house, it's unclear how she has the house she has now (who's paying for it or who paid for it) and where/how she gets the money to live if she's NOT running fandom scams. 

There is a good chance that the next fandom she will enter into will be American Gods or Star Trek: Discovery (Also possible she will enter into the Twin Peaks fandom) 

TC is not to be trusted and if you meet or talk to anyone who refuses to show her face, tells stories like this, and wants most of your Skype conversations to be over voice then you've probably found her.
